Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It occurs when the thick band of tissue running from the heel bone to the toes becomes irritated or inflamed. A sharp pain with the first steps in the morning or after prolonged sitting is one of its hallmark symptoms. Localized cupping may help support blood circulation to the affected area and reduce surrounding tissue tension, promoting recovery when combined with appropriate exercises.

An integrated therapeutic system across 3 sessions, combining four pillars that work together for deeper and longer-lasting results:
Massage Cupping
To relax the calf muscles and the sole of the foot and stimulate blood circulation.
Therapeutic Wet Cupping
Applied locally along the pain pathway to reduce inflammation around the ligament.
Therapeutic Nutrition Plan
Supports inflammation reduction and weight management to relieve pressure on the foot.
Therapeutic Exercises
Stretching and strengthening exercises for the sole of the foot, trained with the client and followed up through the app.
Localised cupping is one of the most effective tools for relieving plantar fasciitis inflammation — combined with nutrition and stretching exercises for deeper, longer-lasting recovery.
A review of three studies supported cupping as a complementary approach for reducing plantar fasciitis pain and improving function. (J Sport Rehabil, 2022) Cupping may be used alongside exercise based on specialist evaluation.
Your journey doesn't end after the session. Through the center's app, you can follow your nutrition plan and exercises step by step, with reminders and support from our team.
Beyond the evidence, our medical team has observed noticeable improvement in heel pain in many cases after sessions with consistent exercise commitment. Results vary from person to person, and your specialist evaluates your condition first.
